研究方向

主要從事化學氣相沉積法制備各種結構及功能薄膜和涂層(如SiC, SiO2, TiC, TiN, Al2O3及YBCO等)的技術研究

1. 國家自然科學青年基金:基于噴液霧化-多元共析化學氣相沉積法的第二代新型高溫超導帶材的制備及其性能、取向變化機理研究,2014-2016年登峰娱乐游戏,主持登峰娱乐游戏。

2. 湖北省杰出青年基金:激光化學氣相沉積法制備釔系高溫超導薄膜,2015-2017年,主持。

3. 武漢市晨光計劃:采用噴液霧化-多元共析化學氣相沉積法在Hastelloy C276帶材基板上高速制備YBa2Cu3O7-δ超導薄膜,2014-2016年,主持登峰娱乐游戏。
